The device got frozen and unresponsive under heavy load. It was forced off, and now won’t boot.
Things I have tried:
So far no luck, nothing shows up on display, with only the fan running when powered on.

The fan turning on indicates power and BIOs functional. Please attempt system recovery steps here: System Recovery — DGX Spark User Guide
I tried that, but cannot enter UEFI.
If your DGX Spark is powered off, boot the device into UEFI settings by holding down the Esc or Del key immediately after powering on the device

We are based in the Netherlands. And we are seeing the similar issue where each time we power the DGX spark it goes to BIOS. NVME drive is shown in the NVME configuration (under Advanced tab). But when we boot using a recovering drive, the NVME drive fails to mount.
Really curious to know if there is any suggestion from anyone how to solve it?
Please take a screenshot of the error you are seeing. Afterwards, please go to the NVME Configuration tab and start a self-test
