DGX SPARK NVMe not detected

I am experiencing an issue with a system utilizing an NVMe SSD. The system fails to boot normally, and the internal NVMe drive is not detected.

​During BIOS checks, the NVMe SSD is detected at the controller level, but its capacity is reported as 0.0 GB, accompanied by a ‘No Active Namespace Found’ warning. Furthermore, running the NVMe self-test from the BIOS yields a ‘FAIL’ result.

​I have also attempted to perform a system recovery via a USB drive. However, the recovery process does not complete. Instead, it fails and displays an error message indicating that the SSD could not be mounted, after 10 retry attempts.
