no NVMe drive found, so can’t boot device, pls help.
when did this symptom start? please share more context.
I bought this device about two months ago. Around December 10, I turned it on like usual, but it went straight into the BIOS. I unplugged the power, waited a bit, and tried to start it again, but it still wouldn’t boot. After checking things myself, I noticed that the NVMe SSD no longer shows up in the NVMe Configuration screen, even though it was detected normally when I first bought the device.
