Disable TX2 NX plugin-manager

Dear @ShaneCCC ,

In following topic Camera PXL_SOF syncpt timeout, you said :

As I mention you need to disable plugin manager to avoid your context override by it.

I wonder how to do it for TX2 NX since I found the following plugin-manager dtsi but I’m not sure that it is related to the custom camera integration/development :

kernel_src/hardware/nvidia/platform/t18x/lanai/kernel-dts/common/tegra186-p3636-0001-odm-data-plugin-manager.dtsi
kernel_src/hardware/nvidia/platform/t18x/lanai/kernel-dts/common/tegra186-p3636-plugin-manager.dtsi

Meanwhile for others, it is more explicit with prefix camera :

kernel_src/hardware/nvidia/platform/t18x/common/kernel-dts/t18x-common-plugin-manager/tegra186-quill-camera-plugin-manager.dtsi
kernel_src/hardware/nvidia/platform/t19x/common/kernel-dts/t19x-common-modules/tegra194-camera-plugin-manager.dtsi

Best regards,
K.
