I have the exact same things on an LG C1 on CachyOS. Running Steam in big picture mode from KDE Plasma works perfectly, but when running a steam session through gamescope (using steam-session-plus) from SDDM, my TV starts having artifacts just as you show.

Unfortunately still having the same issue with the latest driver. 1440p@144hz is fine but once I go up to 4K it breaks and I get fullscreen artifacts and glitches.
