I don’t see issue with ubuntu 20.04 . Is it ok to use your ubuntu 22.04(your working machine) host to continue flash?

Yes, It sholud be not a problem version of ubuntu directly.
The first system has a problem with “sudo apt install docker.io”
So, I’ve installed docker via other debian packages what those are “docker-ce docker-ce-cli containerd.io docker-compose-plugin”
And I regenerated gpg key
