Documentation of Temperature Sensors on the Jetson NX Module

There seem to be 6 temperature sensors on the Jetson NX Module.
One can see them at

/sys/devices/virtual/thermal/thermal_zone*

Is there any documentation for these sensors?
The only hint what or where they measure seems to be in the file type.
While e.g. CPU-therm or GPU-therm is somewhat self explanatory, others are not.
