Downgrade DOCA version installed on BF-3

I recently upgraded my BF-3 card from version 2.2.1 to 2.8, but I’m wondering if it’s possible to roll it back to version 2.2.1. Has anyone tried downgrading, and are there any steps or precautions I should know about?

My original question was about downgrading the DPU card itself, not the host. The topic you referenced explains how to downgrade the host DOCA version, which is not relevant to my situation.

However, I was able to successfully downgrade my DPU card from version 2.8 to 2.2.1 of DACA by simply flashing the 2.2.1 image.

Important Note: I did not upgrade or downgrade the firmware on the DPU; I only flashed the image.
