Drive Beta 200.0.0 Tray Icon Is Unresponsive

The tray icon for Omniverse Drive is unresponsive. Neither left nor right click will open the menu when clicking the Drive icon.

I am running Drive Beta 200.0.0 on Windows 10 build19045.4291
