Driver 576.52 and Substance Painter - AO baking get blocky artefacts

I just updated my studio driver in the hope it would solve my issues with strange baking behavior in substance painter. The update didn’t work as expected. The artefacts are still there.

My setup: RTX 5060 Ti, 16gb. Latest Substance Painter (CC). Win 11 Pro.

Everything runs nicely, except the baking of ao, curvature and thickness maps. I get weird blocky artifacts that randomly change on each baking attempt. Older .spp files, made on my MacBook, also came up with the same issue using this card/driver.

I have tried almost every solution I came across. Nothing helped. However, adding --force-optix on my program shortcut solved it for now. Not sure if this is a sustainable solution? Anyone else having similar issues?
