The “what’s new” notes for 2012 state "On Linux systems, the PGI C and C++ compilers can be used with the Eclipse integrated development
environment. " Does this mean that PGI does not support Fortran in Eclipse?

Hi Malcom,

Unlike the C/C++ module, Photran (Eclipse’s Fortran module) is makefile driven and is suppose to be compiler independent. You should be able to configure Photran to work with PGI now. So it’s not a matter of support but rather we need to publish some type of how-to guide. I’ll put a request in to engineering and see what we can do.
