Encoder v4l2 api performance orin agx

Hi
We use encoder h264\h265 on jetson orin using v4l2 api.
We set max performance on init the encoder.
We also set jetson clocks to get max performance.
The l4t version is 36.4.
We measure the time from frame is coming until the time it on capture and we get 20~ msec
We did smilar encoding on Tx2 and we got 3msec
What can cause this delay?

Hi,
Please check if you can replicate it by running 01_video_encode sample. If yes, please share us the patch/steps. We will set up TX2/Jetpack 4.6.6 and AGX Orin/Jetpack 6.2 to do comparison.
