error return code -30

Hello,
I’m running a 64bit executable compiled on pgf77 with -mcmodel=
medium option and get the following error message. Can anyone help me with this problem?

PGFIO/stdio: Read-only system
PGFIO-F-/formatted write/unit=7/error code returned by host stdio - 30
File name=test.OUT formatted, sequential access record=702353
