Evaluation index of power consumption on TX2

Hi everyone:
I want to know how to find out the power consumption after running a program on device.

cat /sys/devices/3160000.i2c/i2c-0/0-0041/iio_device/in_power0_input

Can this command get power consumption? What is the unit of measure it?
