Can you find libnvcuvid.so.*. under /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ within container?

Yes, it’s present (libnvcuvid.so.510.85.02, libnvcuvid.so.1 ,libnvcuvid.so)

I faced a similar issue. Upgrading CUDA to 11.6 fixed it for me.
