Factory reset

Hi, so I have a project that a previous group was working on using the nvidia jetson nano. The issue I am having is there is a user password that they created but I am not able to get ahold of them to obtain the password. I need to factory reset or find some way of logging in. Is there a way to gain access to the jetson nano?
