I got this issue during the first boot of Nividia Jetson Nano 2 GB
then restart and ask for a user and password
How can I solve this issue as soon as possible I have a project deadline approaching

Suggest o try with flashing the your device via the JetPack by SDK manager.
Follow the guidance. Put your board into recovery mode and flash it.
