Hello @qarsamusic! Usually a HTTP403 error indicates that the server understands the request but refuses to authorize it.
Can you do me a favor and click the copy icon and paste the full text of the error in the post here or attach a text file?
Here’s the full error

Hi @qarsamusic! I sent you a link to the Audio2Face package to the email address you have on the forums here. Let me know if you are able to access it or if you are still encountering issues.
Big thanks for you for this package and sorry for late answer but that doesn’t helped me
And now i also see this error:
Unable to check for updates to GDPR agreements and EULA.
You may need to inspect your internet connection and restart the launcher.
Try these troubleshooting links for Proxy and Firewall configurations.
Checked all of my internet settings. All good.
May this problem caused by my geolocation?
I’m from Russia btw.

That is quite odd. Would you mind reinstalling launcher and try again. Some people had that issue and reinstall the launcher worked.
thankGOD yes it worked
Good afternoon, I encountered the same problem! When starting Omniverse Launcher gives out this message:

When I try to load any application I get another error:

Reinstalling the application did not help, RTX 3060
when trying to download the launcher, it gives an error

Hi. I have the same problem. could someone help me, please?
I’ve tried to download Audio2Face 3 times but unfortunately, I failed.
i7-12700K

32G RAM 5600 MHz
and I’ve got around 90G free space on my drive C - NVMe SSD.
I’ve tried reinstalling the launcher but it didn’t work.
and here’s the error:

Thanks.
Can you make sure your Launcher is up to date, then restart and try again?
My launcher’s version is 1.8.11 which is the latest version to my knowledge.
and I did try it again after restarting both my PC and the launcher but it didn’t work.
I even uninstalled the launcher completely by deleting Omniverse files in the AppData folder and reinstalling it again, by the way, I’m using a proxy to connect and download, could that be what causing the problem?
and what are the possible solutions?
I have to mention that I received the error at the end of downloading when it was installing the audio2face files.
could it be my firewall that is not letting the installation finish?
@Nolimon 1.8.11 is indeed the latest for us users. it’s likely firewall, antivirus, or not having proper ports opened. can you try rebooting and start the Launcher as admin and temporarily disable firewall/antivirus during installation? can you also upload your Launcher log for troubleshooting? you can navigate to it via your avatar at the top right corner of the Launcher (look for log location)
