Flashing Jetpack 6.2 using sdk manager displays command error code: 11

I am trying to flash JetPack 6.2 onto my M.2 SSD, but my SDK Manager keeps failing the installation with the same error code. I have attached the logs below.

• Is your Orin Nano using a dev kit or a custom carrier board?
• Is you ubuntu host a native or a virtual machine?

My ubuntu host is a native machine.

point to note: I have previously used this host machine to flash the jetpack 6.2 on an sd card and an NVme but now it fails on any installation with the error code: 11

Please download Driver Package (BSP) and Sample Root Filesystem from Jetson Linux | NVIDIA Developer.
And follow the Quick Start — NVIDIA Jetson Linux Developer Guide to flash your device again.
