FPGA update failed

Hello Bro,

I attempted to update the latest version of Firmware on my DGX A100 station, but I got the following error message:

Preparing DGX Station A100/A800 BMC reset

Resetting BMC
Wait for BMC ready
480s / 480s
Success:
Installed firmware 02.12.00 on DGX Station A100 BMC
Failures:
Failed to install FPGA 2.71.
FPGA update failed. rc = 1
================= error log ====================

Restarting system services
17s / 350s

I would appreciate it if anyone could share your thoughts or experience to fix this issue.

Have you tried both update utility and iso?
while, the latest fw version should be

DGX A100 System Firmware Update Container Version 24.11.1

and the FPGA version of which is 4.02
