Fullbody model from Character Creator 4 setup in Audio2Face 2023.1.1

Hello. I used this 2 tutorials(https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL3jK4xNnlCVcj4sY8yKqs8qp3P82rAucN and Audio2Face Setting up a Custom Character - YouTube) to setup fullbody 3d model in Audio2Face 2023.1.1
Imanaged to setup it after switching the order of steps:

  1. applying prox deformers before creating and attaching a2f pipeline
  2. connect points before fixing eyes, tongue and teeth in LazyGraph

But it:

  • gives me CUDA errors in console(screenshot, video, logs, scene archive)
  • can load face weirdly on start, but after launching player it deforms and moves it in the right place(screenshot)

How can I fix it?

Adding the Audio2Face log file that was created during the setup process

It looks like the main error is related to Prox Deformer. Are you able to share a flattened version of your scene for further investigation?

Yes, you can find it here Collected_Kevin_with_CUDA_errors_flattened.zip - Google Drive

Hello, Ehsan.HM. Are there any solutions/updates for this?

Sorry missed this thread for a while. It seems like you have 2 graphics card. Could you disable your 2nd one (Intel(R) UHD Graphics) from Device Manager and try again?

I disabled Intel(R) UHD Graphics, but the CUDA errors still appear

After disabling the 2nd graphics card, could you please restart and install the latest GPU driver for your RTX 4000 and try again?

If you still see issues, could you then send us your latest A2F log file again?

We’re experiencing the same exact thing as @pavsapr. We have a fullbody avatar with a2f and a2g, and RTX 4000, and we’re getting the same exact error. Any information on how to fix this would be awesome.

Hi @chumphreys Could you please send your latest Audio2Face log file? It should be located inside C:\Users\<USERNAME>\.nvidia-omniverse\logs\Kit\Audio2Face on Windows and ~/.nvidia-omniverse/logs/Kit/Audio2Face on Linux?

Still see errors. There is a log file

Have you setup the localhost? Are you logged in to localhost server?

If not, to setup a localhost:

  • Create a local server by going to Launcher -> Nucleus -> Add Local Nucleus Server.
  • Then inside Audio2Face, login into the newly created server localhost

Updated Nucleus and logged in localhost
Errors still appeared

Could you please open this file and see if you get the Cuda error? Kevin_simple.zip (35.1 MB)

I didn’t get the CUDA error, but the eyes, teeth and tongue don’t move. Is that expected with this scene?

Yes, just wanted to see if this simplified scene with only body and face animation, works for you.

The stage seemed to have many connections and it’s a little time consuming to troubleshoot. It might be worth to redo the setup from scratch and see if this gets resolved. If not, let us know and we’ll investigate more.

Btw, that weird deformation at the beginning is expected. Nothing important.

I tried to setup it from scratch and i still receive CUDA errors

Found that when I deactivated these prox deformers the CUDA errors stop appearing. Maybe that will help in ypur investigation

Hello, @Ehsan.HM. Are there any updates on this?

Trying to repro this right now.
@pavsapr , are all your system has the same graphic card? or do you have different hardware configuration to test this as well?
