I just came across the announcement of this nice ‘little’ bug and wonder if it will support/be supported by Parabricks soon.
I do NGS analysis on regular occasions and having a cheap yet powerfull machine could be an asset for me but I need to be sure it will allow Parabricks apps run on it (Deepvariant and accompanying apps as a priority). I run this now without GPU on a 250 threads / 512GB RAM AMD server and it can take some time for human-sized genomes.
Should I wait until the next Parabricks release to make up my mind or is this already known?
