Geforce GTX590 + cuda 3.2 + CentOS 5.4 64 bit

I am planning to install cuda toolkit 3.2 and Geforce GTX 590 in my system which has CentOS 5.4 64 bit. Are there any known compatibility/installation issues with this set-up? Thank you !
