Geforce RTX 3060 Can't set refresh rate to maximum, monitor loses signal on driver versions above 550

As the title says above, regardless of what distro or linux kernel or desktop environment I use, I cannot set my refresh rate to it’s maximum (on drivers later than the 550 version) that the monitor allows which is 100hz, I can only set it to 75 otherwise it loses signal. This is the nvidia log I created while using the 570 beta driver downloaded from the Nvidia site itself.

Here is the output I receive from Xrandr while using the 550 version driver:

If any other logs are needed, feel free to ask. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated as this problem causes issues downstream where I lose signal on reaching the login screen if the display are set to 100hz on distros that run the latest drivers.
