Hi, I am actually migrating my code from Orin NX to Orin NX Super, so I have updated the OS (Ubuntu 20.04 to 22.04) and all the related libraries such as GStreamer and DeepStream (from DeepStream 6.3 to 7.1). In the previous application, I was using nvcompositor with a PNG without a background and it was working fine, then passing to the newer libraries version the nvcompositor has stopped working with no reason at all, only with the PNG without the background - with others it works perfectly.
Someone had the same issue?
This seems to be a jetpack/bsp issue, could you share gst-launch-1.0 to reproduce the issue?
I guess this problem may be caused by the VIC hardware driver, but I don’t have an Orin NX Super yet so I can’t verify it. You can use the deepstream plugin nvmutilstreamtiler as a workaround.

In DeepStream SDK, we use nvmultistreamtiler instead of nvcompositor, so it’s possible the plugin doesn’t work in some use-case. For further check, please check if it can be reproduced by running gst-launch-1.0 command.
