What I tred:
1.

ubuntu-drivers autoupdate
reboot
apt install -y nvidia-driver-390
reboot
apt update
apt upgrade
apt remove --purge '*nvidia*'
apt autoremove
bash NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-390.147.run
reboot
  1. Reinstall OS, drop hwe-core, install ga-core, install driver
$ uname -r
5.4.0-107-generic
$ apt list --installed | grep hwe
$ apt list --installed | grep linux-ima
linux-image-5.4.0-107-generic/focal-updates,focal-security,now 5.4.0-107.121 amd64 [installed,automatic]

Thanks.
This post (segmentation fault on nvidia GPUs (OpenGL only) because of PR #132 · Issue #153 · glmark2/glmark2 · GitHub) help me for fix error with glmark2.
But ‘ubuntu-drivers devices’ whatever gets warning ‘WARNING:root:_pkg_get_support nvidia-driver-390: package has invalid Support Legacyheader, cannot determine support level’.
And minecraft is strongly slow down. 2-30fps on GeForce GTX 550 Ti vs 60fps on Intel Corporation HD Graphics 620
GeForce GTX 550 Ti has 4052 in glmark2
Intel Corporation HD Graphics 620 has 2034 in glmark2
How i can check what drivers is ok?

Please run nvidia-bug-report.sh as root and attach the resulting nvidia-bug-report.log.gz file to your post.

nvidia-bug-report.log.gz (104.7 KB)

Everything looks fine. Regarding minecraft, please check if you have open jdk or oracle jdk installed.

yes, i have installed

apt list --installed | grep -i jdk
openjdk-11-jre-headless/focal-updates,focal-security,now 11.0.14.1+1-0ubuntu1~20.04 amd64 [installed,automatic]
openjdk-11-jre/focal-updates,focal-security,now 11.0.14.1+1-0ubuntu1~20.04 amd64 [installed]

Тhank you so much for your help!

It’s solved my problem:

apt install openjdk-11-jdk openjdk-11-jdk-headless -y

upd:
It didn’t solve it.
But I found a problem - I increased the number of allocated memory for the game. The Friezes are gone.
