Hi,

I’m reviewing the Xavier checklist and I have a few questions regarding the HDMI connection & termination.
In the excel file you recently added, you refer to HDMI termination:

  1. I did exactly like drawn in the carrier board schematics, is this ok? because it seems that the values are different.
  2. The termination concerns only the HPD pin?
  3. I’m using only one HDMI, do I need to add termination for the other 2 I’m not using?
  4. I’m using HDMI_DP2, is this ok?

0 - High HDMI Term DPx_HPD: 10kΩ pull-ups to VDD_1V8 before level shifter (module side) & 100kΩ to GND after level shifter (connector side). 220pf capacitor to GND after series resistor.
0 - High HDMI Term DPx_HPD: Module pin to 1.8V-5.0V level shifter to 100kΩ series resistor to connector
0 - High DP Term DPx_HPD: Module pin to 1.8V-5.0V level shifter to 100kΩ series resistor to connector

  1. Following reference schematic is ok.
  2. I don’t get your point, HPD only needs level shift.
  3. No need.
