I have registered for NVIDIA Omniverse Enterprise Trial license. I’m getting ‘Not a valid user’ when logging into NVIDIA Application Hub. I have received mail for NVIDIA cloud accounts. I didn’t receive any mail for NVIDIA Application Hub. Am I missing any step?
You are not missing a step—this “Not a valid user” error is a known issue that can occur after registering for the NVIDIA Omniverse Enterprise Trial license, where the NVIDIA Cloud Account email arrives but you never receive Application Hub access or confirmation.
What’s Happening?
The Application Hub requires completion and activation of your Enterprise Account and, crucially, for the backend to provision your user to the Application Hub.
Many users report that after the entitlement or initial cloud account email, Application Hub access can be delayed or not activated automatically for trial users.
If you attempt to log in without this provisioning being completed, you receive the “Not a valid user” message.
What Should You Do?
1. Wait and Check for Additional Emails
Sometimes Application Hub access is enabled after a further review and you may receive another onboarding or entitlement email within up to 1 business day.
Check your spam/junk folder for missed emails.
2. Contact NVIDIA Support
If you do not receive the Application Hub email within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays) or the error persists, you must contact NVIDIA’s support:
Use the official NVIDIA Enterprise Support or the “Need help” link on the Application Hub login page.
When contacting support, provide:
Your registered email address
Screenshots of the error
Evidence of your cloud account and trial license registration
