I hadn’t logged into the NVIDIA Omniverse for over a week or so, and when I tried to login I couldn’t. I tried my username and password over and over an over again. Every time I try to login, it doesn’t work. It was working just fine prior, but every time I try to change the password, it just won’t log me in. I don’t know what I did wrong. Could you please assist me with getting into the Omniverse. I can see my local host with no problems.
Please help. I really wanted to get working on the Creator app and others to create a Virtual World.
Hello @user84286! Could you attached your logs from here: C:\Users<USERNAME>.nvidia-omniverse\logs\launcher. It may have some insight into why this error is happening.
The only other thing I can guess without the log is if you set up an authenticator for your sign in.
I’m not having a lot of luck finding a resolution to this issue.
All of a sudden, my login credentials do not work.
I wrote them all down so as not to forget so I’m pretty sure I’m inputting the correct info.
Normally I open NUCLEUS and I see the normal folders including the PROJECT folder.
If I need to log in I simply do so.
Now my access isn’t working. WHY?
I followed someone’s advice, and chose the CREAT ACCOUNT option, as the advisor claimed I could access my current PROJECT files that way. Nope.
Now I have a new localhost folder with an empty PROJECT folder.
The critical issue is accessing my files. Is there a back door?
Is the PROJECT folder housed on my computer, or is it sitting on your servers somewhere?
I’m desperate as these are current working files and I have deadlines.
Have I screwed myself?
Why would you not have a FORGET USERNAME OR PASSWORD link like everyone else?
This baffles me.
Please, can you provide a solution.
Thank you!!!

just try “admin” and “admin” for username and password. You really don’t need a username and password for local nucleus. That should get you in. Also make sure you have a backup of all those files somewhere else. If you get locked out of Nucleus, or it gets corrupted its all gone. I personally do not use it and do not recommend it. I just use regular windows files with regular backup services like Dropbox or OneDrive.
