Ho to remove PD controller On Orin Platforom

Hi:

  I am using the customized carrier board for Orin,but out carry board don't have a PD controller, so I modify the dts file to remove the cfg.
 below is my modify:

in hardware/nvidia/platform/t23x/concord/kernel-dts/cvb/tegra234-p3737-0000-a00.dtsi

and after make dtbs to get a dtb file and update .

when connected a USB 2.0 device on USB TYPE C ,no reaction 。 USB 3.0 device is ok.

We don’t support any customization on Orin for this release. Please file a topic after 5.0 GA release.
