How can i flash orin nx 16G?

Hello, I have tried flashing Orinnx16G again, but I have tried many methods, including using sdkmanager and calling the command line, but have not been successful. Where did I fail to do it correctly? The machine is a physical machine installed with Ubuntu 20
The Logfile is follow:

Are you using the devkit or custom board for Orin NX?

It seems you hit the timeout issue during flash.
Normally, it is caused from your board does not boot up successfully.
Please provide the serial console log for further check.
