How can I get a communication with CAN bus using the SPI pins

I followed the previous tutorials given in this forum but my jetson nano doesn’t recognize the can device ( i with a jetson nano, Ubuntu 20.04, using an MCP2515 CAN transceiver) .
How can I get a CAN communication?
(I cant down grade the OS to Ubuntu 18 'cause i need it for ros2)

Have you upgraded the kernel to get Ubuntu 20.04 work?

I am using a custom version of ubuntu 20 for jetson nano (it’s not the official one since it’s not available yet)

This is out of Nano support scope. suggest to use the L4T OS we provided. Thanks
