How can I input dvi video flow into Jetson nano?

Hello, we need a medical image processing task based on Jetson nano. The video source device only has the interface of DVI output.

Is there any way to input the video stream of this interface into Jetson nano? Or is there a device that can convert DVI video streams into network cameras or USB cameras recognized by Jetson nano?
