How do I get rid of these black rectangle on the left and right

This looks like video editor that don’t scale right.

If I zoom out or size the windows a little it kind of goes away, but I would like the “world view” to not have them.

Thanks if I am explaining this right. IClone has this issue and it drives me bonkers when I can’t make the world bigger.
