How is ISP tuning file loaded?

I am working on a project to create applications to use Libargus API instead of nvarguscamerasrc plugin. We have a customized ISP tuning file. When we use nvarguscamerasrc, this file seems to be automatically loaded. I am wondering if we use Libargus API directly, will this tuning file be automatically loaded, too? Or we will need to use any Libargus API functions to manually load this tuning file?

No matter nvarguscamerasrc or argus APP both load the ISP config automatically.
