I want to run the object detection model in locally or other system without jetson nano

why i am asking this question?

-In Some cases jetson-nano will have some issues with big data so i want to run my model in local and verify the results are good or not in industries.

Does cross-compiling work for you?

If you want to use docker, an ARM simulator will require.
