How to configure a MCX515A adapter card from Windows 10 Pro?

I connected MCX515A adapter card to a FPGA board (100G KR4 No auto-negotiation) via a 100G Mellanox cable. I found that the card speed is only 25G in Windows and from FPGA I found the first lane has traffic. What configuration should I do?
