How to convert uyvy to yuyv

I have a camera with a pixel phase of uyvy, but I want to take out yuyv format data from v4l2_buffer, is it supported? I use orin, JetPack 5.0.2 (L4T r35.1).

Don’t think possible to do it due to it’s VI HW logic to do it.
