Okay, so whole discussion here is just about your fan cannot work?
If this is the fan issue, could you use your minicom and run “sudo tegrastats” and attach the result?
Just in case you don’t know. We are not doing any hardware thing. Log from minicom is the software log from linux kernel and bootloader.
At first it was because version 5.0.2 did not work, but it is solved, after installing that version the fan stopped working or I do not know what happened, but if it is only the fan.

“jtop” is not our official tool. So currently I won’t refer to it in debug.
The temperature shown on your device is not quite high so the fan may not start to spin. Please run sudo jetson_clocks and see if the fan would be start.
