How to set fixed EMC frequency

Hello,

The dynamic frequency adjustments for the memory controller seems to cause some latencies on the PCIe interface during frequency transition. The maximum EMC frequency can be configured in nvpmodel.conf with “EMC MAX_FREQ …”. But how can we set the minimum frequency to avoid the frequency adjustments?
