How to use double side rendering?

in USD composer, that rendering API is Pixar hydra API.
and it is so ridiculous API.
Anyway i want to know set the double side render way.
is there a question?

Hi @tgkim,

Not too sure if I understand correctly but by default even if you use a one sided plane in composer, it does show/render on both side of the plane.

Omniverse is always double-sided rendering. RTX is a “physically based rendering engine”. There is no such thing as single-sided objects in the real world. So yes it is already on. Now if you are asking about a double sided material, that can support one material on one side, and a different one on the other, that is different.

I am not sure what you are saying about Pixar and Hydra, but USD Composer currently comes with (4) hydra rendering engines. 3 x RTX engines and Pixar Storm.

Here is a sample MDL of a double-sided material if that is what you are looking for.
