USD Composer - DLSS adding "opacity" to non-transparent objects that have multiple materials assigned to them

hello, i think i’ve found a DLSS bug in USD Composer. i have an object with two material assignments. if one of the assignments uses an OmniGlass material, DLSS will start drawing the ground plane through the non-glass material. in this test scene i’ve shared a snap of, you can see the outline of the ground plane through the OmniPBR, non transparent cube on the left. turning off DLSS resolves the issue.
USD Composer 2023.2.5-prod.3
Omniverse Kit 105.1.2+release.138975.ece658d9.tc

any thoughts?

Hmm, this is a very interesting problem. Thanks for letting us know. Could you please send me this simple test file usd so I can try it for myself ? We do have a brand new version to try for USD Composer 106 if you go to our GitHub page and download our new KAT (Kit App Template) GitHub - NVIDIA-Omniverse/kit-app-template: Omniverse Kit App Template Try the same file here and let us know. I will do the same test, if you send me the file.

hi @Richard3D, apologies for the delay, was out on holiday. i was able to pull down the latest template and build the new USD Composer. unfortunately i see the same behavior there as well. this scene is slightly different from the previous screenshot i posted, but still has the same behavior (attached)
