I am having problems with the main viewport going all black when running Omniverse USD Composer, have checked the lights and they are fine. I have tried upgrading the video card driver and reinstalling omniverse composer after the problem and nothing has worked, and the other omniverse software works fine!

@hanchang.gao i am just another OV user, if it’s only Composer having issue and not other OV apps, it may not be strictly a driver issue. one thing you could try is deleting the kit file associated with Composer to reset the app which may affect the viewport display issue on your end. see below for the step by step:
- close out of all OV related apps including the Launcher
- navigate to
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\ov\data\Kit
- delete all the subfolders from within the Kit directory. (alternatively, delete subfolders related to Composer app)
if that doesnt quite do it, you can upload the most recent Composer log as an attachment to allow mods/devs to investigate further. you can locate the .log in the directory below:
%userprofile%\.nvidia-omniverse\logs\Kit\USD.Composer\2023.2
