Stuck during installation of USD COMPOSER 2023.2.5

I got stuck on this while installing Composer and tried the following methods:

1. Using the launcher cleanup tool is ineffective;

2. Running and installing as an administrator is invalid;

3. Uninstalling the omniverse program and all related data in its OV folder and reinstalling and downloading it is invalid;

4. Attempted to install version 2023.2.4, but it still did not work;

5. After installing for more than 12 hours, the installation is still not completed.

Please help me!!

@wy15649937696 looks like the launcher log wasn’t attached correctly, perhaps you can try upload the log again. it could be a variety of reasons, but if you already went through all the troubleshooting mentioned above, it may be something else. also, for how long did you guys wait for the warmup.bat to process? sometimes it does take quite a bit (shouldn’t be more than 15 minutes) to get things installed.

Generally this happens when you are trying to install our apps whilst your GPU is already currently engaged in another intensive task, or is locked into another task. Make sure when you install that you are running NOTHING else at all. Not even a web browser as that can block it.

The best way to be sure, is to restart the whole computer. Start nothing else but Launcher. Try installing then. Monitor your GPU and CPU usage to see if something is taking your resources. It could also be your anti virus software or your internet connection.

If this does not work, you can bypass USD Composer 2023.2.5 and go straight to the brand new 2024.1 which you can build through the GITHUB app template download at GitHub - NVIDIA-Omniverse/kit-app-template: Omniverse Kit App Template
