Omniverse USD viewer loads to black screen only in the 3D view

Log file attached. Was working fine last week then this week it wasn’t so I reinstalled with no errors and then it only loads to this. No amount of reinstalling or clearing cache or kit files seems to solve it. Any ideas?

Looks the same as this issue but the fix for them does not work for me.

Uninstalling and deleting program and user data for every related app and reinstalling the graphics driver seems to have resolved the issue.

I am glad you found the solution. I think in the future, I would just try deleting the “user.json” file in the app’s data folder. This contains all of the preferences required. Deleting it “factory resets” the app. Sometimes, even re-installing the app does not clear this preferences file, and the problem remains.
