@wanlichina i am just another user passing by. If i were to guess, it might be related to the driver version for your RTX 3090 Ti. could you upload/attach the most recent .log files from those respective apps?

I thought about the driver thing, before update to the latest beta version of A2F today, everything is fine with current driver.
I got another workstation with a 3090 card, and the same version of driver which is 537 works just fine with latest beta version of those Omniverse apps.

Is the viewport black? To be honest if this happens in all Omniverse Apps, you’ll probably get faster/better answers if you post in the USD Composer forum instead.
could you confirm if all the apps were working fine at one point, then viewport just stopped working after updating to a new version? it sounds like it may be related to software if that’s the case. have you already tried/considered reinstalling OV apps?
If you are getting just a blank BLACK screen in any of the OV apps, it is most likely that the “user.config.json” file for that app, stored in the “ov/data/kit” folders has been corrupted. The best and easiest thing to do is go find it and delete it. So for example for A2F, go to your OV install folder, then DATA, then KIT, then look for the A2F folder and either delete the whole thing, or go one down and delete the user.config file. Try that.
Yeap. the viewport went all black when i switch to RTX-Real-Time or RTX-Interactive(Path Tracing),and shows a error message that is “Failed to create Hydra Engine for viewport”.
If I switch to Piaxr Storm mode, I can see the model.

I would quit all apps, and then make sure your drivers and apps are up to date.
Then delete the entire KIT folder, inside ov/data/kit.
Which means uninstall and reinstall all the apps,right?
I see there is a recommended version of driver for OV, should I try that one or the lastest one?
No you don’t have to reinstall any apps. Just update your driver to the recommended and then delete the KIT folder only. This will keep your apps but delete the user preferences completely, effectively factory resetting them. "c:/users/USER/appdata/local/ov/data/KIT
