Omniverse crash when I create a basic USD composer app

I tried to create a USD composer app in the new version of omniverse to see some USDs. Unfornutely I having some problens when creating the app in the PC configs bellow:

RTX A6000 48gb

i9 13900KF

64 GB RAM

The pics attached is the logs and errors that I’m having, I updated every drive and event format/reset the PC to run it but without success

Have someone embraced the same problems? Can anyone could help?

@lucas.cabral i am just another user, and with the limited of info provided, it’s a bit hard to troubleshoot. could you provide the full .log info? also, if you can post the driver version you are using? it does look like there may be some issue related to directX.

The first thing I would say looking at your desktop, is that you have a LOT of stuff open. Kit is very very demanding. I would not be running Steam, or a browser or anything else. Please do a full reboot and then make sure you are running nothing else. It looks like it crashed during you using a VR headset through steam?

I did other tests with a full reboot and we got the same errors

Can you have try multiple machines? Can you try to download the very latest version of Kit template at GitHub - NVIDIA-Omniverse/kit-app-template: Omniverse Kit App Template and report back with a fresh crash log if you cannot get it to start.

I tried in 2 other machines and it worked normally, I’ll try again with the new version

Ok so try to find a difference between the working machines and the non working machine, and we can take a look at the specific error log.
