The USD Composer created via the kit-app-template always crashes a while after launch—sometimes in a few minutes, or in just seconds.My GPU is an RTX 4060 Laptop, the operating system is Win11, and the NVIDIA driver version is 581.57

Looking at your log screen, you can see where it says:
Reasons for the failure: a device list, out of memory, or an unexpected bug
This is highly likely that you just ran out of VRAM. Maybe you were opening quite a large scene. Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done, with 8GB.
