How to use vncviewer on xavier?

Hi,
I don’t have available screen for xavier now.But i can use my laptop screen to use xavier.I want to use vncviewer for that. I’ve install tightvncserver and x11vnc to xavier already.When i connect it to see xavier’s screen.I only see this screen and autologin is on.
What should i do? Any suggestions?
