I am having the following error when importing from blender to audio2face.

That error always shows up and shouldn’t be related to importing from Blender. Can you send your Audio2Face log file? It should be located inside C:\Users\<USERNAME>\.nvidia-omniverse\logs\Kit\Audio2Face
on Windows.
Have you also installed the Blender from Launcher?

It looks like you don’t have an RTX GPU. But Audio2Face needs RTX GPU to work properly.

but the Audio2face app function properly expects this area of the apps.

Unfortunately there’s no work around other than installing an RTX card with at least 8GB memory on your machine. All Omniverse apps need RTX GPUs to work properly. Otherwise the viewport will be black.
